From Ocean to Wall
The Fraser Edwards Photography fine art collection brings together photographs from the world's oceans, classic sailing yachts, offshore racing and remote expeditions.
Each photograph is individually selected and prepared for fine art reproduction, with particular attention to colour, atmosphere and the smallest details of the original image.
Fine Art Printing
Our collection is produced in partnership with theprintspace, a specialist fine art printing laboratory with production facilities in London, Düsseldorf and New York.
Photographs are reproduced using professional Giclée printing, a fine art process that combines high-resolution printing technology, archival pigment inks and carefully selected photographic papers.
This method is valued for its precise colour reproduction, subtle tonal transitions and ability to preserve detail across both shadows and highlights.
Paper & Finish
Our prints are produced on professional archival fine art photographic papers selected to complement the character of the work.
The collection includes photography with deep ocean blues, delicate highlights, rich blacks and subtle natural colour. Particular care is taken to select a paper that reproduces these qualities faithfully.
The exact paper and finish for each artwork will be stated in its product details.
Print Sizes
Photographs are available in a selection of sizes, from smaller pieces to larger statement prints.
Exact dimensions are displayed on the individual artwork page.
As the collection includes photographs with different proportions, dimensions may vary between artworks to preserve the original composition without unnecessary cropping.
Any included white border will be identified in the product specifications.
Framing
Prints are offered unframed unless otherwise specified, allowing you to choose a frame suited to your home, office or collection.
We recommend professional conservation framing using archival materials and, where appropriate, UV-protective glazing.
For bespoke dimensions, framing or larger installations, please get in touch before ordering.
Archival Quality & Longevity
Giclée prints are designed for long-term display and collection.
Their longevity depends on the paper and inks used, as well as the conditions in which they are displayed and stored.
To help preserve your print, we recommend keeping it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity and significant changes in temperature.
Caring for Your Print
Handle your photograph carefully by its edges, avoiding contact with the printed surface.
For long-term display, use acid-free conservation materials and consider UV-protective glazing.
If storing your print before framing, keep it in suitable archival packaging in a clean, dry environment.
